This chapter is as good as chapter 5 thus, i shan't keep you guys wait too long. Enjoy!


It happened in a flash. Squishy lips, his lips pressed on to mine. Athymia. Apathetic.

As Hatori recalls what happened, she calls Nakajima to find out about her first kiss.
Hatori: "Nakajima, have you kissed before?
Nakajima: "Huh? Yah... "
Hatori: "Who did you had your first kiss with? And did you carelessly lose you first kiss to a guy who is like a pickpocket?"
Nakajima: "Nope, it was with a guy i like then."
Hatori's thought "Even for stupid Nakajima

... her first kiss was with someone she like!"
Nakajima: "Why? What happened? Oi!"
Hatori's thought "However, for me, such a special person who is in a dramatic relationship, it's this disappointing. On top of that, it's not with Rita!!!"
Hatori shouts: "Wahahahaha I'm dirty! I can't tell anyone. I was one sided and there wasn't even 1 micron of Ulterior motive was matched. Not only Rita must not know about this. If there is another person in the earth who knows about this i will kill KakiP!!!"

The next day, Hatori begs Kuosuke not to tell anyone about what happened yesterday. Kousuke tells her that there wis no reason for him to tell others about what happened yesterday however, is there anything she could do for him in exchange for his silence? Hatori says she's willing to do anything as long as it's within her means and she wonders why is she at a disadvantage now. Kousuke wants Hatori to go on a date with him and it's not only the two of them, it's a double date with Rita and his girlfriend!

"It's fine even if you have a girlfriend, bring her along." It's Rita!
Kousuke: "Can you take that as a rumor?"
They are suppose to move to another classroom for Geography lesson and Rita warned Hatori not to be late. Kousuke tells Rita not to worry as they are only have a casual conversation about dogs and Rita starts asking questions about Hatori's dog. Hatori is shocked that Rita seems to know a lot about her dog! Kousuke suggests that they go visit Hatori's dog the next time and Rita asked about Hatori's parents and asks her to tell her parents that he will go and have a meal soon.

Hatori wonders if it's her own imagination. Kousuke tells her that it will be interesting is Rita will behave like "Hatori is mine" in front of his girlfriend. Hatori thinks that it's been a long time since she last went out with Rita so this might not be bad after all. 

The double date. Hatori wasn't able to sleep which results in heavy eye bags. They walk in pairs with Rita and his girlfriend walking in front while Hatori and Kousuke walking behind. Hatori see Adachi adjusting Rita's collar and she scolds Adachi in her heart: "Do not touch him, BAKA!"

Kousuke tells Hatori to give up on Rita as it's impossible for them to be together as Adachi behaves like a woman in front of Rita while Hatori is like a sister. Since they have been together for a long time, this can't be help. Hatori says that shes fine if her relationship with Rita remains like this forever. 

 Kousuke asks if Hatori sees Rita as a man. Hatori wonders what's his motive. She wants to be in a relationship with Rita of course she sees him as a man.

They arrive their dating venue. A bowling alley. They are waiting for the lift which doesn't seems to be coming soon thus, Rita suggests to have a competition to see if he will be faster if he uses the stairs and he rushes off. The bowling alley is at the highest level. Adachi calls out to him while Hatori follows right behind! 

Kousuke comments that they are young. Hatori hears him and thinks to herself that it's not that they are young and she really hates to climb stairs.

They reach the top and they are faster than the lift. They sit on the stairs trying to catch their breathe and Hatori said: "We used to do this often when we are in primary school."

Rita: "Ah... at We ran up to the roof top of OX department stall."
Hatori: "We haven't grown up at all." 

Hatori thinks that it's fine that they haven't grown up at all. As Rita brought her along as though it is only natural and she followed as though it was only natural too. She thinks that this is how she and Rita is. She thinks it's fine for her even if Rita thinks that she will follow too if it's any other people.

While it's Rita turn to bowl, Kuosuke suddenly asks Adachi loudly if she had done it with Rita. Rita heard him and he tries to escape by going to the toilet while Hatori spurt out her drink. Kuosuke urges Adachi to tell him as it's nothing to be embarrass about.

Adachi flushed: "No, erhmm... um."
Hatori thought "Ah... ic, they had done it."
Kousuke flashes his hand in front of Hatori and asks if she's awake. Hatori excuses herself.

Adachi asks Kousuke about him and Hatori. Kousuke tells her that they met at cramp school. Adachi says that she heard from Rita and Kousuke questions if she worried. He tells her not to as he and Hatori had kissed! 

 Adachi seems a little shock when she heard that. Kousuke tells Adachi to keep it a secret as he's not suppose to let anyone know about it.

Hatori's thought as she walks to the toilet "Aren't you great? Adachi, with that kind of look, you've done what should be done." She accidentally bumps into Rita: "You traitor."
Rita: "What?"
Hatori: "Nothing, you ero!"
Rita: "Did anything happened?"
Hatori: "Rita, you are despicable. You treated me like i'm special to you even though you are in a lovey dovey relationship with you girlfriend." and she rushes off, slamming the toilet door and left Rita standing there dumb folded.

Hatori's thought "Rita and i met when we were in primary 3. Our relationship should be build on strong foundation but why is it that he's suddenly so far away that i can't reach him with my hands?"

Back in school, Nakajima wonders what's with Hatori's anxiety. Hatori says that she is able to snatch Rita back as Rita's hers and there are things only she knew about Rita. Nakajima tells her straight to the point that Rita was never hers to being with.

Hatori asks if Nakajima is telling her that her dream is destroy? Nakajima tells her that it's destroyed, everything. Hatori recalls a scene she saw (Rita and Adachi sitting beside each other) when she returned from the toilet. She thinks that it's only natural that her dream is destroyed as the both of them are an item and what is her reason to still like Rita. She doesn't want to think about it as she still likes Rita even if her dream is not going to come true. She suddenly remember Kousuke mentioning that she likes the fact that she is in love with Rita for 5 years more than she likes Rita. She thinks that it's not true and Adachi appears in front of her and asks for her time. 

Adachi: "I'm sorry but i would like to ask if Matsuzaki (Hatori's family name) likes Hiromitsu (Kousuke's family name)? 
Hatori: "Huh? Of course not! I like Rita. Why?"
Adachi: "That is what it think too but yesterday, i heard from Hiromitsu that you both had kissed.... Don't worry, i didn't tell Terasaka (Rita's family name)." Kousuke happens to pass by.
Hatori: "So what is your purpose? What do you want?"
 
Adachi: "I think this doesn't seems like Matsuzaki. Matsusaki really really likes Terasaka right? I didn't think that you can kiss another person easily. Me on my part, i see Matsuzaki as a competitor because Matsuzaki love for Terasaka is straight forward."
Hatori is dumb fold and wonders if Adachi is trying to tell her that everything of Rita's belongs to her. 
Adachi: "Matsuzaki should treat yourself more importantly."

Hatori is in tears and no words came out.
Kousuke, in a smiling face: "Wah... you said that? You seems like a detestable girl, Adachi. In another words you are saying that you will not break up with Terasaka right? What is you purpose behind all these big talk? You are afraid that Hatori will snatch Terasaka away?"
Adachi: "If that is Terasaka's choice i will support him."
Kousuke: "That's a lie. If you really mean it, you should ask how Terasaka feels."


Kousuke: "However, you have no confidence in doing that and merely a spectator."
Adachi: "It's only that i respect both Terasaka and Matsuzaki's feelings."
Kousuke stop her and said: "Adachi, Adachi, do you know what is this now? A hypocrite. Detestable." He leaves with Hatori.

They met Rita along the way and he's shocked to see tears dripping from Hatori's face. Adachi calls out to him when he was about to call out Hatori. Adachi is crying and Rita asks her what happened. She told Rita that she wasn't a detestable girl and that she was only thinking for Hatori however, she might have done something she should not. 

Hatori tries to hold her tears. Kousuke: "Aren't you going to cry?"
Hatori: "I had enough, i really dislike her. Why is Rita fine with such a person?" As she speaks, tears flow out like it's unstoppable.

Kousuke lean forward, pats her head and hugs her. Kousuke: "It's alright. Hatori is very attractive." (I love how Kousuke pats her head!)
Hatori thinks that she had enough and maybe she should look for another person to like.

Rita found them and he looks a little shock and soon looks pissed. He questions Kousuke: "What did you say to Adachi?"

Kousuke: "What did i say? Nothing much but fact. I said she pretends to be like a good girl but the fact is that she's detestable."
Rita pulls Kousuke's tie as though picking up a fight.
Hatori: "Stop it! Kousuke did that to help me. If Rita is Adachi's side then go to her side. BAKA."
Rita looks at Hatori and the chapter ends. Yah a cliff hanger!!!!

I don't know if both Rita and Kousuke like Hatori however if Rita likes Hatori and does not act fast enough, Hatori's feelings might be shaken or she already is? towards Kuosuke. I wonder if Adachi is a nice girl or only a pretender. Things will be easier if she's a pretender in my opinion. What do you think?
