Usually eaten by Japanese salary man when they return home late after drinking session when their wife is already asleep. It's very easy to make. Just pour green tea into a bowl of leftover rice and add some toppings. The toppings come in little packets of different flavors.
My Japanese teacher prepare お茶漬けfor me last Wed as it was the topic of the chapter we are going to study.

@ some sushi place in Shinjuku
茶わ蒸し
10 pcs of sushi in a really huge plate.
とろ and his friends. It's not as good as the one we had at 築地 of course.
Chill out alittle at excelsior cafe. Ice blended cafe au liat and castard chifon.Dinner was at a HongKong restaurant in Tachikwa.
HongKong noodle. Slurp.
Choice of 2 dimsum, i chose 叉烧包 and 虾胶.
Dessert was 杏仁豆腐。
Drink was Mango Milk with pearls. The whole set cost 1500yen which is considered cheap in Japan.Labels: Food
