As mentioned before, i will do summary of Heroine Shinkkaku, my current new love. 

That's our heroine, Hatori. On the top right hand corner, our hero, Rita. It seems that Hatori is recalling Rita saying: "Do what ever you like,"

Narration "I'm allowed to like continue liking (Rita)."

Hatori and her friend, Nakajima are selecting and purchasing photos taken during the sports festival. Hatori is going all fan crazy when she sees Rita's photo. Whether he's just day dreaming in the photo or unenthusiastically playing table tennis and even when he's eyes are only half open, she thinks he looks cool in all the photos and she wants to buy all of them.  Nakajima called her BAKA twice and reminded her that Rita did not accept her confession, he merely said that she's allowed to continue liking him. Hatori said that she understands the situation and that she is really happy that she's allowed to like Rita even though her feeling are not reciprocated.

Hatori: "It's not impossible that Rita might change his feelings if i'm always by his side right?"
Nakajima's thought "She's hoping that Rita will reciprocate her feelings after all." and she suggest Hatori to look for a new relationship instead.

Hatori just stars at Rita's photos and thought "It might not be possible for him to reciprocate to my feelings now (even though i told him clearly how i felt). Since the beginning, it been decided to be a long battle however, there is one problem! How can i surpass Adachi (Rita's current girlfriend)!" and she turns and sticks her face on the wall and stares at Adachi's photo.

On the other hand, Nakajima is helping Hatori to look for a new target for her new relationship and she found a guy whom she thinks has a Korean flavor. Hatori stares with her mouth wide open, photos of him drinking water, doing a three point shoot and looking cool. and . He's really cool.

He's Hiromitsu Kousike from group 6, an ace player for the basket ball team. Hatori decides that she's going to buy all the photos with Kousike which puzzles Nakajima. Hatori explaine saying that he's cool and it doesn't matter that she does not know him and soon come up with a nick name "NYASの柿P" (I'm not too sure what it means though). At the same time, Rita enters and he heard Hatori. Nakajima tells Hatori to do whatever she likes and she should give up on Rita and change her target to Kousike instead. Hatori rebuts saying that it's two different kind of like and should not be lump as one however, Kousike's type is more to her preference and Rita appeared behind her and snatch Kousike's photo away from Hotari's hand. Rita: "Isn't this great? Work hard." Leaving Hatori startled.

Hatori run after Rita and explains: "Wait! It's not what you think. I only thought that this guy is cool for only a while, i don't like him in a special way." Rita walking down the stairs turns back and replies impassively: "It's none of my business." Standing by the edge of the staircase in tears while Rita walks away, Hotari thinks to herself that she shouldn't have compared this guy with Rita in the first place and she should destroy the photos. She tears the photos on the stop and the remains of the photos landed on a guy's face who's walking up the stairs and this guy, so coincidentally happens to be Kousike!

Hotori "The real person!!?" Kousike walks up the stairs with two girls. One of the girls picked up the torn up photos and found out that it was Kousike's photo which was Hatori has torn. Kousike walks up to Hatori and asked: "I'm sorry but did i do anything to you before? Who are you?" Hatori: "You didn't do anything!!" and run off as fast as she could. One of the girls realized that she's the girl who's been sticking around Rita since school starts. (It seems to arouse a little of Kousike's interest.)

Hatori back at home, feeding on chips, lazing on her couch and recalls the bad day she just had.

Hatori wonders what should she do next when the tv program suddenly catches her attention. It's about a woman whose only 26 years old and yet she lives in a fabulous mansion and yearly income of 300000000yen! Hatori starts to day dream about herself being successful, drinking wine with Rita at the balcony of her mansion which has a magnificent night view.

Through that, Hatori decides her next step. To attend cramp school so that she will become successful in future and Rita will fall in love with her!

Kousike walks into the class and they are shock to see each other. Kousike asked Hatori why did she tear his photos? Could it be that she likes him?" Hatori think's that he's too full of himself just because he's cool and all girls will like him? Hatori: "I'm sorry but i've been liking a guy for 5 years." Kousike: "Sorry, I might sound real but i was just joking. Wow, 5 years."

Kousike: "It's Terakika (Rita's family name)?
Hatori: "How..."
Kousike: "So, it really is him. Terakika, he's cool however, he's attached and you still like him?"
Hatori wonders if he's stupid: "Yup, mine is different from the other girls whose love is short lived. I really like him."
Kousike, walking away: "It's a pity, even if i ask you to go out with me now, you will not agree right?"


Hatori shock till her eyeballs jumped out pushing her glasses away! (I love these exaggerating and hilarious expressions of Hatori) It's the first time in her life that she received a confession!  Kousike thinks that Hatori's reaction is really honest as there aren't any such people around him and now, he thinks that it will be fun to go out with Hatori but it's a pity. When he's about to leave, he turns back and exchange mobile number with Hatori.

Back at home, Hatori wonders to herself what did she just do! A confession and she become a heroine easily!

Hatori startled when her mobile rings. A text from Kousike showing her his pet dog and asking if she's going to cramp school tomorrow. Hatori texted "I'm going. What about Kousike kun?" and she deletes the part where she asks if Kousike's going as she thinks that it's sensitive to ask such question which might cause misunderstanding and she goes on to take a photo of her pet dog, attached and texted "My pet dog." She soon thinks that it's not alright to go through the trouble and soon re-texted "Cute dog. See you tomorrow. Good night." Hotari knocks her head against the wall and wonders if she's a BAKA, she knows that she's an embarrassment as Kousike is only a little more cool and she's loosing it.

Hotari knocks her head so hard that her nose is bleeding. (~ love these humor from the mangaka) She reminds herself that she only likes Rita and no one else. In bed, she tries hard to think of Rita however, she only sees Kousike's face!

The next day in school, Hatori finds Rita for help! She begs Rita to go to cramp school with her but he rejects her. She explains that somethings happened in the cramp school, the guy whom she thinks is cool the other day is attending the cramp school too. Rita looks a little pissed: "Isn't that great?"

Hatori: "It's not good at all! He asked me to go out with him, he texts me so often that i find it a nuisance and he seems very persistent." Rita seems more pissed after hearing that Kouiske asked to go out with Hotari.
Rita: "A nuisance and yet you gave him your email address? What's going to happen if i go? I'm not your boyfriend or anything." Hearing that, Hatori stammered and walks away. Hatori's thoughts "I thought he's going to snatch me back from Kousike, i guess i should give up.

Back at cramp school, Hatori is embarrassed over what happened between her and Rita. Kousike stands down beside her and asked her what's wrong or did anything unpleasant happened? Hatori saw Kousike looking at her and thinks that he's really cool and why is it that such a cool person wants to go out with her? At the same moment, Kousike pulls Hatori close to him and that cause Hatori's heart to skip a beat. Someone was about to knock on to her, Kousike did that to prevent her from being knock.

Kousike hands Hatori 2 movie tickets and asked her out for a movie the coming Saturday. Hatori is shock as it's the first time a guy invites her out for a date! She's thinking of rejecting Kousike initially but soon she thinks maybe a movie is alright since Rita already has Andachi. At the same moment,Rita calls Hatori from behind!

Rita: "Where do i register to join this cramp school? Come and show me the way." Hatori with both her eyes and mouth wide open can believe she saw Rita. Kousike saw Rita and he asked if Rita is joining the same cramp school too and Rita, pointing at Hatori: "If you are only making fun of her, i think it's best for you to stop." Kousike: "But it's not of Terasaka's business right?" Rita: "It's not none of my business."

Rita: "She likes me. BAKA." Hatori stood behind Rita all these while and she can't believe what she just heard and so is Kousike. Rita soon breaks into cold sweat and wonders what's he had just said. He turns and walks away: "Whatever, i'm not anything." Hatori shouts: "Rita! Thank you, i feel happy...


... It's alright as i'm not hopping for any wishful returns. However, i'm happy. Thank You."
Hatori left her mobile in class thus, she heads back to pick it up. 


And she's shocked (her eyes literally pops out!) to see Kousike and a girl kissing in the classroom! The girl left soon after seeing Hatori and Hatori wonders if the girl is Kousike's girlfriend and if he's only making fun of her. Kousike hands Hatori her mobile and asks her about the movie again. Hatori: "It's alright, you can go with that girl, isn't she your girlfriend." Kousike: "If you are not my girlfriend then i can't go out with you?" Hatori thinks that the atmosphere is getting weird and tells Kousike that she's leaving. He stops her.

Kousike: "I loathe the fact that Hatori likes the fact that you've liked Rita for 5 years more than you like Rita." Just when Hatori is about to explain herself, Kousike kiss her! Kousike: "Your so called relationship is only what you believe it and refuse to destroy it...


For the time being, you should like me."

What do you think of this series? This chappie?

Personally, I like it! and i think Rita likes Hatori too however he's just too laid back to do anything about it and accepts any girl that comes along? If not, i don't understand why he will appear in the cramp school after Hatori begs him and even to the extend of telling Kousike that he's the one Hatori like! Maybe Rita feels that Kousike is a threat to him and he will sway Hatori's love for him?
