一蘭ラメン (Ichiran Ramen)
一蘭ラメン (Ichiran Ramen) specializing in とんこつラメン(Tonkotsu Ramen).
First, check the sign board at the entrance to see if there's seats available.
Second, make your order through the vending machine.
Third, find an empty seat. Notice the curtain? Its strategically placed to cover your face and the waiter's face.
一蘭 (Ichiran) has a unique dining counter with curtain and dividing board which turns each seat into a semi-pivrate room where one can have their meal in private.
Fourth, fill in the ordering sheet. You can choose the ramen exactly as you want it. Eg.: soup base - thick, normal or thin, chilli - how many times?, onion - white or green etc. After filling in the order sheet, press the call button and the waiter will come collect it.
After serving your order, they will draw the straw curtain and you can enjoy the meal alone and not be disturbed.
一蘭ラメン (Ichiran Ramen). The red sauce that floats in the center of the ramen is Ichiran's original secret recipe which consist of red chill mixed with more than 30 ingredients. A bowl of 一蘭ラメン (Ichiran Ramen) cost 790yen. The 半熟卵 (half boiled egg) cost 100yen.
